Is it your first time hiring an audio team for your game? This article may help you understand how this service works and each step of it.

I’m Victor Hime, creative director and lead composer at Flutu Game Audio, a sound design outsourcing studio that provides music, sound fx and QA for your game audio assets.

This is our first meeting, maybe you have written about your project in the Tell us more!” section of the website or reached out to us through social media. That’s great!. This is the meeting where we hope to understand more about your game and your project.

So, right out of the bat, it is really helpful for everyone involved if you come to this meeting with an idea of how much of the budget for your game you are willing to spend on the audio. This is the meeting where we will determine our budget and some of the logistics behind our work together. It is an open conversation, so we encourage our clients to feel free to present their own references.

It’s alright if you want to do something big and majestic at this point. Let’s dream big, why not?! Together we will talk about what can be offered within your budget based on your goals. Here, we gotta make things happen!

  1. GET A QUOTE, DO THE PAPERWORK AND HANDS ON!

After our briefing meeting you will receive a descriptive quote of our services and the conditions we all agree on during our meeting. Trust me… Every game deserves different attention and approach concerning audio assets.

We believe in “bullshit free” relationships, you get your audio assets cleared for all purposes and we are here to help you understand all the deliveries you are getting from us.
